Audience: All ASP1, ASP2 and ASP3s and all connecting customers (applicants, ECs, Businesses etc.).
SERVICE UPDATE: NOTICE OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES IMPACTING CONNECTIONS PORTAL ACCESS ON 13/04/2025.
We have planned maintenance activities on our core IT systems from 8 am Sunday 13 April until 6 pm Sunday 13 April 2025.
During this outage you will not be able to submit any new connection applications and preliminary enquiries until 9am Monday 14 April.
During this outage you will not be able to submit any documentation or raise any planned outage requests in the customer portal.
If urgent, please submit any applications, documentation and requests for outages before 5pm Friday 11 April.
During this time you will still be able to submit enquiries, complaints, claims and access Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) through the Customer Portal.
