Notice of planned outage for system upgrade: We are planning an upgrade to one of our core systems to enhance our services. To complete this important work, there will be a planned outage starting 5pm on Tuesday 10 December 2024.
During this time you will not be able to submit any documentation or raise any outage requests related to your contestable projects until 9am Monday 16 December 2024.
Where possible, please submit any documentation and requests for outages prior to 5pm Tuesday 10 December 2024. Any outage requests submitted after this time may result in delays to your connections project timeline.
Ausgrid will make allowances for delayed document submissions of NOSWs, where affected by this outage.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver a more reliable and efficient system.
