Audience: All ASP1, ASP2 and ASP3s and all connecting customers (applicants, ECs, Businesses etc.).
SERVICE UPDATE: NOTICE OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES IMPACTING CONNECTIONS PORTAL ACCESS ON 30/03/2025.
We have planned maintenance activities on our core IT systems from 8am Sunday 30 March until 6:00pm Sunday 30 March 2025.
During this outage you will not be able to submit any new connection applications, project documentation or planed outage requests until 9am Monday 31 March.
If urgent, please submit any applications, documentation and requests for outages before 5pm Friday 28 March.
Please note that during the outage you will still be able to submit enquiries, complaints, claims and access Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) through the Customer Portal.
